Fasta is a general wellness tracker for intermittent fasting, hydration, weight, and habit reflection. Fasta does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Use Safely
Do not fast if you are pregnant, under 18, have a history of disordered eating, have diabetes or low blood sugar, take medication affected by food timing, or have a medical condition affected by fasting unless a qualified clinician has told you it is safe.
Subscriptions
Fasta Premium subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and Restore Purchases are handled by Apple according to App Store terms and the subscription options shown at purchase time.
Your Data
Fasta is designed around local, accountless use. Review the Privacy Policy for details about local storage, Apple Health, notifications, and exports.
