Fasta is built around a simple promise: your data stays on your device.

What We Collect
Fasta does not have a server, an account system, or advertising analytics. We do not see, store, or transmit information about your fasts, weight, water intake, measurements, or app usage.
What Is Stored Locally
Your name, fasting plans, fasting history, water entries, weight entries, body measurements, settings, and achievement unlocks are stored in a local database inside the app's private sandbox. When you delete the app, this data is removed by iOS.
Apple Health
If you grant permission, Fasta can read body weight and water intake from Apple Health and write weight and water entries you log in Fasta. This data flows directly between Fasta and Apple Health on your device.
Notifications
Fasta uses local notifications for fasting milestones, fast completion, and optional reminders. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings or inside Fasta.
Data Export
You can export your data through the iOS share sheet. Where you send those files is your choice. Fasta does not receive a copy.
